3. Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, information is automatically transmitted to the server and temporarily stored in log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to ensure the trouble-free operation and security of the website. Log files are deleted after [ADD HOSTING RETENTION PERIOD] days at the latest.

4. Contact and registration form
If you write to us using the contact or registration form, we process the details you provide (name, email address, phone number, the licence class you're interested in, plus any optional details and your message) in order to handle your enquiry and get in touch with you.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a training contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, informally, by emailing [email protected]. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details in order to deal with your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
A note on WhatsApp: our website merely links to WhatsApp. No data is transmitted to WhatsApp unless and until you click that link. If you message us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.'s privacy terms apply and data may be transferred to third countries. If you'd rather avoid that, please use the phone, email or our form instead.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising networks. Only technically necessary information is processed, such as your language preference. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
7. Fonts and external content
Fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or comparable services.
We do not embed a map automatically. The "Open in Google Maps" link only takes you to Google after you click it; Google's privacy terms then apply.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To exercise these rights, contact the controller named above.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
